Vendor Expo & Sponsorship Registration

New for 2023: To better organize our Expo night and raffle, we are asking vendor/sponsors to sign up in advance. Tell us how much space you need and what you'll be bringing so we can get all the planning done in advance! Please note: Toyota-specific off-road vendors will be given priority for the Cruise Moab Vendor Expo. All vendor registrations will be reviewed. We reserve the right to reject any vendor registration for any reason, including but not limited to space considerations and appropriateness for our family-friendly off-road event. In the event your vendor registration is rejected, your registration fee will be refunded in full.

Use this registration if any (or all) of the following apply:

  • - You would like to set up a booth or display on Vendor Expo Night
  • - You would like to sell products on Vendor Expo Night
  • - You would like to donate a prize(s) to the Cruise Moab raffle
  • - You would like to sponsor a trail run
Two more things to note:
  • This form is for the purpose of registering as a vendor/sponsor. This does NOT register you (or your vehicle) as a participant. If you want to drive (or lead) official CM trail runs, you'll need to register as a participant as well. We'll send you the information on how to do this soon.
  • Thank you for participating in Cruise Moab! The entire community loves that you'll be part of the event, and we want to acknowledge your generosity. Seriously, you rule!

Vendor Expo

The Vendor Expo will be held on Thursday evening at the Old Spanish Trail Arena. The fee for participation in the Expo is $150. This fee provides dedicated space at the event for your business and helps us cover the cost of the facilities.

Do you prefer to set up inside the arena or outside? Please note that you cannot cook inside the arena.

Liability Insurance(Required)
NEW: All vendors exhibiting at Cruise Moab are required to carry their own liability insurance. If you don't already have insurance for events, we can provide information about inexpensive event insurance provider(s).
Do you plan to sell products on Vendor Night?(Required)
Sales Tax License(Required)
Vendors based outside of Utah must obtain a temporary sales tax license to sell in the State of Utah. This is easy to do: many out-of-state vendors have been doing this for years now. We'll send you an email with the link before the event. If you're based in Utah, we assume that you already have a sales tax license.
Display Equipment Acknowledgement(Required)
Please note: no equipment will be provided. Bring your own tables, chairs, displays, etc.

Raffle Prize Donation

Thank you for your sponsorship of the Cruise Moab raffle! We are grateful for your support and partnership. As a raffle sponsor, your business will be showcased on the Cruise Moab website, on social media, and during the event.

Based on massive feedback from 2022, we're revamping the raffle for the 2023 event. Here's the deal: all prizes donated to the raffle must be at least $75 in cash value. Discount certificates, stickers, t-shirts, or baseball caps will not be accepted (we encourage you to give away these items on vendor night, during trail runs, or around the campfire).

Why the change? If you recall, we changed raffle ticket sales a few years ago to give everyone a fair shot at winning. There are far fewer tickets in the raffle drum now. Participants get 1 ticket included in their driver registration, with the opportunity to purchase up to 3 additional tickets. Our participants have told us they don't want any of their tickets taken out of play for a smaller item. They want all their chances going towards more valuable prizes.

This also allows us to make the raffle shorter (a common complaint) and give us more time to talk about the businesses who sponsor the raffle.
If you can tell us what you're donating to the raffle now, we'll talk about your business and raffle prize(s) on social media in advance of the event. The more you can tell us now, the more we can promote your sponsorship and business.

If you can't tell us what you plan to donate yet, no worries.

All prizes donated to the raffle must be at least $75 in value. Discount certificates, stickers, t-shirts, or baseball caps will not be accepted for the raffle.

Swag Bag Donation

Every driver at Cruise Moab will receive a bag of swag when they check in. If you'd like to include a small item from your business in the official CM swag bag, we're glad to include it! Good items are keychains, patches, travel mugs, sunglasses, and discount coupons. We don't accept stickers since they can get mangled during transportation.

Please note: you'll need to provide 260 identical items for swag bags. If you have a giveaway in smaller quantities, we encourage you to do this at the Vendor Expo, on trail runs, or around the campfire.

One final thing: the swag bags are assembled several weeks in advance of the event. If you'd like to add something to the swag bag, you'll need to ship it to us to arrive before April 1.

All donated items must be received by April 1, 2023. Minimum quantity: 260 items.

Trail Run Sponsorship

Vendor-sponsored runs are something special. Your sponsored run is an opportunity to get to know a group of participants on the trail for a day and have fun. Will they all become loyal customers? Probably (not guaranteed). Please note that many businesses provide special swag for participants on their sponsored run including shirts, coffee mugs, flasks, hats, and even meals on the trail. This is not required but it's a super cool thing to do. Please note: if you are planning to lead a sponsored run you must also register as a participant.
